To install Dos2UnixAndBack, download Dos2UnixAndBack 1.0, unzip (unrar,unarj) and run setup.exe

What is Dos2UnixAndBack?

From the inside:

In Dos(Windows) end-line symbols are <CR> and <LF>, in Unix it is
only <LF>. Program deletes carriage returns <CR> from file, when
converting from dos to unix, and adds <CR> if necessary, when
converting from unix to dos.

User interface:

Dos2UnixAndBack is an utility, that adds DOS->UNIX and UNIX->DOS
items to context menu for registered (with Dos2Unix_Configure.exe)
file types and converts text files from Dos format to Unix or backwards.

Example:

1. To see how it works run Dos2Unix_Configure.exe
2. Click "Add" button. Type "txt" (without quotes) in appeared dialog.
3. Press "OK".
4. Then in Explorer click your right mouse button on any text file
   (with "txt" extension). You'll see DOS->UNIX and UNIX->DOS menu items.
5. Click on DOS->UNIX. That's all! To see the result, double click on the
   file you've just been converted.

Using:

You can add or remove file types, for which menu items are added,
using "Add" and "Remove" buttons in Dos2Unix_Configure program.

What is it for?

It can be used for fast converting CGI scripts before uploading to
server, or just viewing files created on other platform.

Removing Dos2UnixAndBack:

Start->Programs->Dos2UnixAndBack->Uninstall Dos2UnixAndBack
